I made a basic yellow cake and folded in 1/4 cup multicolored sprinkles into the batter. Baked them for 20 mins at 375, waited for them to cool and cut the tops off.

Birthday cake whoopie pies.
Since I'm not in England to celebrate my friend Kristin's 20th birthday I though I'd make her a little something and send it to her. She knows she's getting something but not sure what..lol.
I made a basic yellow cake and folded in 1/4 cup multicolored sprinkles into the batter. Baked them for 20 mins at 375, waited for them to cool and cut the tops off.
Then I made a Buttercream Frosting and sandwiched the tops together then rolled the sides into the same sprinkles that were put into the batter.
Boxed them up and included a lil candle so she could have her birthday wish.
Since I didn't want to toss out the bottoms cos that would be a waste I made these.
